Why it exists
Every harvest is different. The promise isn’t.
Some years the groves give more, some less. So part of every grove is kept in our care rather than assigned, and tended exactly like the trees our Guardians look after. It exists so a hard season never reaches a Guardian’s table empty. Every year, its oil becomes Community Reserve. Every drop comes from the groves in our care; we never bring in oil from anywhere else.

The 2025 harvest
Which groves, and how much, is up to the season.
Each grove is harvested and evaluated on its own. Only then are the oils brought together, in whatever balance the season gave. Its 2025 trees were picked from October 8 to 28:

Pre-orders open once the harvest is in and the oil is ready. Always 500 ml bottles: a single, a pair or a case of six. Members hear first and are served first, with shipping included.
For the United States, tariffs are included. For the public, shipping is added at checkout.

Root Membership is $45 a year: member prices with shipping included, early access to every release, and letters, harvest notes and recipes from the groves. Tree Guardianship adds a tree of your own and two bottles from its grove every harvest, for $225 a year.
Renews each year. Cancel anytime before renewal. Guard a tree by December 31 for this year’s oil.
