Community Reserve
Continuity Across the Harvest
Community Reserve is a grove blend created from trees intentionally held in reserve across the groves.
Because harvests are never identical, a portion of each restored grove is never allocated. These trees are cared for as part of the system itself, ensuring stability from season to season.
Why It Exists
Olive harvests vary.
Some years yield less. Others yield more. Community Reserve exists to absorb that variation without compromising quality or introducing external supply.
It ensures that the system remains whole, across both scarcity and abundance.
Community Reserve Reflects the Season as a Whole
Unlike grove-specific oils, which express a single place, this blend carries the fingerprint of the harvest across multiple groves.
It is shaped by:
- The conditions of the year
- The relative production of each grove
- The balance achieved during blending
Each release is different and unrepeatable.
The source remains the same.
Community Reserve is available to members when supply allows.
It exists independently of individual tree allocation and may be accessed in addition to the oil produced by a member’s own trees.
