A Standard Built Over Nearly Two Decades.
Abandoned Grove has rescued and sustained more than 5,000 olive trees in the hills above Florence, bringing neglected land back into care and harvest.
Along the way, we have helped shape a different standard for olive oil, one in which exceptional quality, the health of the grove, and the people behind it are treated as inseparable.
Our founder's work across the grove, the mill, professional tasting, sensory evaluation, and international judging guides that standard through every harvest.
