Each guardianship is connected to a living olive tree in one of our restored Tuscan groves.
Your tree is geo-tagged and photographed, allowing you to follow its place within the grove and the seasons that shape its harvest.
A digital certificate of guardianship records your tree and your participation in caring for it.
From the moment a tree enters guardianship, you are connected to the life of the grove as the year unfolds.
Each guardianship is assigned to the next available tree within one of our restored Tuscan groves.
The Harvest
The oil guardians receive is grove-specific, shaped from the grove their tree helps sustain and crafted with a clear sensory vision each harvest.
Root Membership
Every guardianship includes Root Membership, connecting you to the life of the grove beyond your tree.
Through membership, guardians receive letters and updates from the groves, invitations to gatherings and tastings, and priority access to limited expressions such as Community Reserve and Founder's Reserve.
It is the way guardians remain connected to the seasons, the harvest, and the people who care for these groves.
Limited by the Grove
Each grove contains a finite number of trees.
Guardianship remains limited by the natural capacity of the grove and health of trees.
When every tree within a grove has found its guardian, that grove closes, and its harvest remains with those who care for it.
Guardianship renews annually, allowing the same trees to remain in care season after season.
