Once you join, we choose your tree in one of our restored groves in Tuscany, photograph it and place it on the map at its exact coordinates. You follow it in My Grove from flowering to harvest, with founder letters, harvest notes and recipes from chefs. After harvest, two bottles from its grove arrive at your door, with tasting notes by international olive oil expert Fil Bucchino and an impact report.

Why your oil comes from the grove, not the tree alone.
One tree can't be extracted on its own, so your bottles carry the slope, the varieties and the season of the grove where it stands.
