The location of our groves pack even higher amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids, and our production methods craft the perfect balance between 'active' phenolic compounds and sensory pleasure.

Everyone can benefit if done correctly. We have already painstakingly rejuvenated 4785 trees over five groves in the hills surrounding Florence, Italy. With an additional 3 hectares of land and 1200 trees about to begin.
When a grove is healthy and properly maintained, they beautify the landscape, provide work and opportunities for the community, help preserve biodiversity, and mitigate hydrological and wildfire risks.
It costs more, it’s harder to produce and it’s hard to get, but it makes for a truly incomparable bottle of extra virgin olive oil. After all, what good is an olive oil if it leaves a bad taste in your mouth? None.
