Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tree Guardian & Family Guardianship
Tree Guardian and Family Guardianship renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge but does not end the current membership term. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing year.
Refunds
Membership fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided that no membership benefits have been used.
Membership benefits include, but are not limited to:
- •Purchasing members-only products
- •Accessing member-exclusive offerings
- •Activating or redeeming membership-related benefits
After 7 days, or once membership benefits have been used, membership fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the membership year.

Root Membership
Root Membership renews automatically each year unless cancelled.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their Root Membership at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge, while access to the membership remains active for the remainder of the current billing period.
Refunds
Root Membership fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided that no member-exclusive products or benefits have been used.
After 7 days, or once member benefits have been used, the membership becomes non-refundable for the remainder of the membership year.

Gift a Tree
Gift purchases may be refunded only if the gift has not yet been claimed by the recipient.
Once the recipient claims the gift and activates the guardianship, the order becomes non-refundable.
Gifts must be claimed by December 31 of the calendar year in which the gift was purchased. Unclaimed gifts expire after this date due to the annual harvest and production cycle.

Nameplates
Nameplates are custom items associated with a specific tree.
Once a nameplate order has been confirmed and production has begun, nameplates are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Members-Only Products (Including Oil)
Products produced for members are prepared according to the grove's annual harvest and allocation cycle.
Because of this limited production model:
- •Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once fulfillment or bottling has begun.
- •Food products cannot be returned once shipped.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience an issue with an order, please contact us. We review exceptional situations individually and aim to resolve them fairly while protecting the integrity of the grove and its annual harvest cycle.
