Your Trees

Family Guardianship brings a small group of olive trees under your care within one of our restored Tuscan groves.

Your trees are geo-tagged and photographed, allowing you to follow their place within the grove and the seasons that shape its harvest.

Together they form a small family within the grove, connected to the same land, the same harvest, and the same care that keeps these groves alive.

The Harvest

Exceptional extra virgin olive oil is shaped by restraint and expertise. It is not infinite, it is rare, and the higher the quality, the rarer it becomes.

The oil guardians receive is grove-specific, shaped from the grove their trees help sustain and crafted with a clear sensory vision each harvest.

Root Membership

Family guardianship includes Root Membership, connecting guardians to the life of the grove beyond the harvest itself.

Through Root Membership, guardians receive letters and updates from the groves, invitations to tastings and gatherings, and priority access to limited expressions such as Community Reserve and Founder’s Reserve.

It is how guardians remain connected to the seasons, the harvest, and the people who care for these groves.

Limited by the Grove

Family Guardianship remains limited by the natural capacity of the grove.

Each grove can sustain only a finite number of healthy olive trees under careful management, and guardianship follows that biological reality.

When the trees within a grove have found their guardians, the grove closes, and its harvest remains with those who care for it.

Guardianship renews annually, allowing the same trees to remain in care season after season.
