Now it has a guardian. Someone who has chosen to be part of its next chapter. You can visit your tree. Walk the grove. Stand beneath branches that have weathered centuries. This is a place you can return to.

Each guardian tree is fitted with a hand-crafted olive-wood nameplate bearing your name. It hangs from a branch of your tree - a quiet, permanent marker of your connection.

The nameplate weathers with the seasons, just as the tree does. It becomes part of the grove. Visitors see it. Other guardians recognize it. It is real, and it is yours.

Each autumn, the olives from your tree are hand-picked at first turn of colour and cold-pressed within hours at our partner mill. The oil is bottled at origin and sent directly to you.

This is not blended, mass-produced oil. It is the specific expression of your tree, your grove, and the season it gave. Two bottles per tree, per year - that is what the land allows.

Throughout the year, you receive seasonal dispatches - photographs from the grove, updates on your tree, variety profiles, harvest notes, and milling reports. You learn the rhythms of your grove as the seasons unfold.

This is not a subscription in the usual sense. It is a relationship with a place, a tree, and the people who tend it.

Guardians have access to their groves, seasonal events, harvest dinners, olive oil tastings, and a community of people who share a belief that quality and care are worth protecting.
