We’ve been in the world of olive oil long enough to know: this is the only model that protects quality, honours nature’s pace, and funds real regeneration.

Memberships are tied to actual olive trees—not inventory. That allows us to limit scale, elevate quality, and ensure every bottle reflects the season it was born from.

Membership is capped by the number of trees we can sustainably care for. When the trees are spoken for, the harvest is full.

No. Every bottle is tied to a tree and a member. We don’t do retail. That’s how we keep the oil honest and the mission intact.

We rank among the top 1% of extra virgin olive oil producers in the world—and we’re the first to produce 100% of our oil from rescued groves. Every bottle is crafted in small batches by a team that lives in the grove, works in the mill, and obsesses over every detail.

We don’t blend. We’ve never outsourced. We bottle at the source under nitrogen and have mastered overseas transport to preserve peak freshness.

While crafted by world-renowned experts, our oils are still verified by independent certified panels through blind sensory and chemical testing. We consistently exceed global standards:

<0.1% acidity, <4 peroxide value, >75% oleic acid, and <0.01 for environmental and multi-residuals—far beyond what organic certification alone guarantees.while balancing phenolic richness, sensory depth, and health benefits.

This isn’t made for scale. It’s made to honour and uplift the craft. Always produced by those who live it—not those who market it.

Two bottles. No more. Each tree yields about 1.1 liters annually, on average. That’s it. We’ve been tracking this since 2013, and we let nature set the limit.

Oil is extracted in the fall—typically between mid-October and early November. One Tree One Bottle memberships ship as soon as all groves have completed harvest and passed chemical and sensory testing—usually shortly after harvest concludes.

Founder’s Reserve is the first oil to be released each season, arriving in mid to late November as an early-harvest allocation curated by Fil.

Starting in 2026, Community Reserve allocations will be delivered quarterly to support seasonal needs and mission-aligned outreach.

Yes. Donated bottles are never sold. They’re shared with chefs, educators, and aligned partners who help spread the mission. If your bottle supports a cause, we’re glad to credit you as the donor.

Yes. Your tree is geotagged, and you’ll receive a digital certificate of belonging and an optional handcrafted nameplate. Members are welcome to visit the grove, and as space allows, you can adopt additional trees and expand your impact season by season.

In our early model, one bottle per tree was automatically donated. Now, you receive both bottles and decide what to do. Keep them. Gift one. Donate one. It’s your call.

Yes—as long as you renew. Our model matches yield to the number of trees we can sustainably manage. Even in poor harvest years, we guarantee your bottles using the Community Reserve.

You can gift a Tree or a Heritage Pair. Each gift includes two bottles per tree, full member perks, and a personalized welcome. Just share the recipient’s details and message—we handle the rest. Gifts don’t auto-renew unless the recipient chooses to continue.

Yes. We’re a Certified B Corporation and a 1% for the Planet member. We work with partners like COOP21, ASTER, and Olivares Vivos, tracking soil health, biodiversity, and social outcomes across every grove—and we share our results openly.
