To date, hundreds of thousands of olive groves remain abandoned worldwide.
Forgotten acres, communities, and stories untold.
The olive oil market is flooded with confusion, causing most of us to unknowingly consume subpar oils, fueling a cycle of unsustainable demand and land abandonment.
The relentless pursuit of yield and profit forces small producers to choose between compromise and collapse, with lasting consequences on communities, ecosystems, and the craft itself.

We are doing things differently
We refuse to make concessions that harm our planet, communities, and personal health and rob us of flavour and meaningful experiences around the table.
How Memberships Fuel Our Why
Every bottle is the result of a radically different economic model, built around care and quality, not convenience. Memberships support real trees, real people, and a commitment to doing things right.
32% – Raw Oil & Rescue Work
Great oil starts in the grove.
Since our inception, we’ve paid small growers fair market rates to ensure ethical, high‑quality production and to fund grove rescue, pruning, and soil care. We maintain this balance through local sourcing, shorter supply chains, and direct‑to‑member distribution.
4% – Quality Assurance & Craft Oversight
We don’t just say it’s great. We prove it.
Testing is not mandatory in North America, but it’s our self-imposed standard. We ensure the chemical purity, sensory excellence, and soil health of every oil through independent third-party testing. We never rely on our own judgment; every result is validated externally, without exception or shortcut.
10% – Regenerative Flywheel
No grove abandoned. Ever.
This combined allocation supports trees not yet adopted by members, funds the rescue of future groves, supports biodiversity through Olivares Vivos, and enables social reintegration through our partnership with ASL. It also includes our 1% for the Planet commitment. Regeneration begins before adoption.
26% – Salaries & Wages
People make this possible.
This includes fair pay for our growers, artisans, fulfillment partners, and our small core team. It reflects the belief that doing things right means investing in the people closest to the land and the mission.
13% – Fulfillment & Logistics
Slow by design.
Rather than shipping on demand like retail giants, we consolidate our air shipments quarterly to preserve freshness, reduce oxidation, and lower waste and emissions. Our model prioritizes integrity over urgency.
4% – Storytelling
It’s how we found each other.
Instead of traditional advertising, we invest in storytelling, cultural connection, education, and shared experiences. We grow intentionally with people who value meaning, not mass marketing.
3% – Operations & Overhead
Behind the bottle, there’s a business.
This covers the legal, financial, and operational infrastructure that keeps the company compliant, protected, and able to serve our members with continuity and care.
8% – Growth & Safeguards
To grow well, we grow wisely.
This is how we protect the mission. It ensures we stay independent, aligned, and able to grow without outside pressure or compromise. Reinvestment allows us to scale slowly, respond to challenges, and remain member-funded.
When yield is prioritized over quality, the land is pushed beyond its limits. Integrity erodes, biodiversity declines, and both people and ecosystems bear the cost.
