No Grove Abandoned
To revive forgotten olive groves and their stories, transforming them through exceptional extra virgin olive oil to enhance well-being, empower communities, and safeguard our planet.
Current olive oil business models, both boutique and large-scale, create Win-Lose scenarios by prioritizing quantity and cost.
These models compromise quality, overwork the land, deplete resources, and destroy biodiversity, adversely affecting our health, culinary experiences, communities, and the environment.

OUR GOALS
Rescue Olive Groves
We don't just revive olive groves; we rejuvenate the very soul of the land, restoring bonds between nature, the community, and you.
Sustain Olive Groves
Our guardianship goes beyond the initial revival. We ensure these groves thrive through sustainable practices, safeguarding their legacy and productivity for generations.
To date, hundreds of thousands of olive groves remain abandoned worldwide.
Forgotten acres, people, and communities—stories untold.

A World United at the Table
We envision a future where every meal is an act of rebellion against the ordinary, a celebration of quality, and sustainability. By transforming extra virgin olive oil into an art form, we aim to enrich cuisine, health, and culture, bringing the world together at the table.

Trees Cued for Rejuvenation
We put the tree first and respect the oil it produces as its precious gift to us.
For every bottle of extra virgin olive oil we produce, another bottle is donated back to the community – always.
This nurtures both the producer and the land it comes from.
Not all olive oils are created equal. Not all groves sequester carbon equally.
Rejuvenating traditional olive groves counters the trend toward intensification, showing a positive impact on water, energy use, fertilization, pesticide application, and waste treatment compared to intensive and super-intensive groves.
Where does the money go?
For every $1 received, 49 cents is returned to the immediate community to drive positive change, enhance product and land quality, and expand our mission.
The other ~ 51 cents is about a 50/50 split between supporting our team and covering product and operations costs.
We are doing things differently
We refuse to make concessions that harm our planet, communities, and personal health and rob us of flavour and meaningful experiences around the table.
Abandoned Grove is explicitly committed to serving local communities near our groves and within 80 km of our Toronto office.
We prioritize partnerships with these communities to strengthen local economies, support small businesses, and foster sustainability.
With 85% of our revenue coming from customers local to our headquarters, our ongoing mission is to build relationships that benefit the communities we proudly serve
