How Guardianship Works

Guardianship begins with a tree in one of our restored Tuscan groves. From there, your involvement grows with the life of the grove and the seasons that shape it.
Care for the Grove
Your guardianship supports the work that keeps these groves alive: pruning, soil care, harvest, and the patient craft that makes real extra-virgin olive oil possible. This is the patient work behind every harvest.
Life in the Grove
As the season unfolds, guardians are part of the life of the grove. Letters from the harvest, updates from the field, gatherings, tastings, and moments at the table emerge from this shared work. Each year brings its own harvest, and the extraordinary olive oil that comes from it.
Limited by Nature
Each grove contains a finite number of trees. Guardianship follows the biological limits of the land and the health of the grove. When every tree has found its guardian, the grove closes and its harvest remains with those who care for it.
