Where your tree lives
Each guardianship is assigned to the next available tree within one of our restored Tuscan groves. Because every grove has its own natural limits, specific grove selection is not available.
The Harvest
A healthy olive tree in Tuscany, carefully harvested for quality, yields far less oil than most imagine.
A single olive tree typically produces about two 500 ml bottles of extra virgin olive oil each season.
Exceptional extra virgin olive oil is shaped by restraint and expertise. It is not infinite, it is rare, and the higher the quality, the rarer it becomes.
The oil guardians receive is grove-specific, shaped from the grove their tree helps sustain and crafted with a clear sensory vision each harvest.
Root Membership
Every guardianship includes Root Membership, connecting you to the life of the grove beyond your tree.
Through membership, guardians receive letters and updates from the groves, invitations to gatherings and tastings, and priority access to limited expressions such as Community Reserve and Founder’s Reserve.
It is the way guardians remain connected to the seasons, the harvest, and the people who care for these groves.
Limited by the Grove
Each grove contains a finite number of trees.
Guardianship remains limited by the natural capacity of the grove and the health of the trees themselves.
When every tree within a grove has found its guardian, that grove closes, and its harvest remains with those who care for it.
Guardianship renews annually, allowing the same trees to remain in care season after season.

Before You Join
Olive oil follows the rhythm of the harvest in Tuscany.
Harvest takes place in autumn, and once the oils have been tested and prepared, shipments typically arrive early in the new year (January–February).

As long as guardianship remains active, the same tree remains under your care and continues producing oil season after season.
Olive harvests vary naturally.
To maintain continuity, a portion of each harvest is set aside in the Community Reserve, which helps support members during more difficult seasons.
We never source olives or oil from outside producers.
Yes.
You may gift a tree with a personalized olive wood nameplate and a scheduled gift reveal.
Recipients receive the same guardianship, harvest, and membership benefits.
